3、oftwareandexpertevaluationbothshowedthatsixdisciplineswerecompletelyof‘theSallleranksaccountingfor17．14％，amongwhichthetopthreeofthetotal35disciplinesand也e35山werepreciselythesamebybothmethods；17disciplineshadapproximateevaluationresults，accountingfor48．57％；12disciplinesshowedbiggerdiff

4、erencetakingup34．29％．[ConclusionsiTheHospitalInformationSystemforDisciplinaryEvaluation(HISDE)，utilizingquantifiedindexes，hasfulfilledtheintegrationofdisciplinaryevaluationindexesand=standardizationofdatacollection，evaluationprocessandscientificvalidity,andiscapableofreplacinghumaneva

5、luationtoagreatextent．Theresultsoftheactualevaluationofthelargegeneralhospitalindicatethatthereexistboths订engthsandweaknessesinhospitaldisciplinarydeveiopment，forwhichtheauthorhasputforwardsuggestionsondisciplinarydevelopment·Thisstudyhasatthesametimeeffectivelytestedthefunctionsofthe
