1、摘要噪比(SNR)C以及图像质量的差异。结果：中高分化腺癌41例，其中男34例，女7例，年龄范围34．81岁，平均年龄60．45岁；低等分化腺癌36例，其中男13例，女23例，年龄范围23．69岁，平均年龄39．7岁。动脉期低等分化腺癌第一层NIC为0．360+_0．084，第二层NIC为0．104+_0．032、中高分化第一层NIC为0．411+_0．092第二层NIC为0．253+_0．085；静脉期低等分化腺癌第一层NIC为0．895+_0．333，第二层NIC为0．283+_0．092；中高分化第一层NIC为0．91

2、1+0．243，第二层NIC为0．701_+0．177，分析比较动脉期、静脉期第二层NIC均有统计学差异。转移淋巴结动脉期NIC为0．557+_0．093，非转移淋巴结为O．105+-0．064；静脉期转移淋巴结NIC为0．465+_0．009、非转移淋巴结为0．215+_0．2091。三组图像之间病灶CT值差异无统计学意义佃>0．05)。两组虚拟平扫图像SD较常规平扫低、而SNR值较真实平扫高，并且均存在统计学差异(P-0．000；F值分别为39．134、14．907)。两组虚拟平扫图像质量得分较常规平扫稍低，但没有统计学
