1、摘要噪比(SNR)C以及图像质量的差异。结果:中高分化腺癌41例,其中男34例,女7例,年龄范围34.81岁,平均年龄60.45岁;低等分化腺癌36例,其中男13例,女23例,年龄范围23.69岁,平均年龄39.7岁。动脉期低等分化腺癌第一层NIC为0.360+_0.084,第二层NIC为0.104+_0.032、中高分化第一层NIC为0.411+_0.092第二层NIC为0.253+_0.085;静脉期低等分化腺癌第一层NIC为0.895+_0.333,第二层NIC为0.283+_0.092;中高分化第一层NIC为0.91
2、1+0.243,第二层NIC为0.701_+0.177,分析比较动脉期、静脉期第二层NIC均有统计学差异。转移淋巴结动脉期NIC为0.557+_0.093,非转移淋巴结为O.105+-0.064;静脉期转移淋巴结NIC为0.465+_0.009、非转移淋巴结为0.215+_0.2091。三组图像之间病灶CT值差异无统计学意义佃>0.05)。两组虚拟平扫图像SD较常规平扫低、而SNR值较真实平扫高,并且均存在统计学差异(P-0.000;F值分别为39.134、14.907)。两组虚拟平扫图像质量得分较常规平扫稍低,但没有统计学
3、差异(F-3.068,P=0.052),其中两组虚拟平扫图像之间没有统计学差异(P=O.411)。结论:双能量成像提供的碘浓度参数有助于区分不同分化程度胃癌,也有助于鉴别胃周淋巴结性质。对于进展期胃癌患者虚拟平扫可以替代常规平扫,从而降低1/3的辐射剂量,给需要多次检查的肿瘤患者带来福音。关键词:双源CT;标准化碘浓度;胃癌;分化程度;淋巴结;虚拟平扫;进展期胃癌;信号噪声比;辐射剂量IIIAbstractTheapplicationofCTdualenergyimaginginthegastricCanCerPostgra
