3、eingthefocusintherelatedfieldsexcepttheuniversities.Becauseofthecreativity,professionalandcomplexityofteachers’workinuniversities,itmaybeparticularlyimportantforthemtoshowtheirorganizationalcitizenshipbehavior.SotheresultsoftheTOCBgainedfromthispaperareusefulforhumanresourcemanagementpractice
4、inuniversities.Accordingtotheliterature,therearemanyfactorsinfluencingemployee’SOCB.Oneofthemistheorganizationalfairnesswhichiskey.OrganizationalfairnessandOCBarealwaysbeingthefocustopicsundertheenterprises.Now,however,someproblemsfi-omteacherswhicharenot900dforuniversitieshavecometouniversit
