2、llaborofNorthwestNormalUniversityBranch,hasbeenfor70years.Infact,asearlyasintheQingdynasty(1905),thefounderofthethesmoothlaneinLanzhou,GansuProvincialFirstNormalSchoolopenedpicturemanuallyDivision.1933,theGansuProvincialGovernmentoftheRepublicofGansuteachereducationfromthe"four"academicstruct
3、urechangedto"three"academicstructure,thecreationofmanuallaborBranch.ItprovesGansudesigneducationstartedearlier,averylonghistory.Onanumberofsubjectiveandobjectivereasons,whichleadstoastep-by-stepbackward.Graduallythegapwithotherregionsislarger.Sincethe1990s,Gansuartanddesigneducationhasbeenrap
4、iddevelopment,hasmaderemarkableachievements.However,thedevelopmentofartanddesigneducationinGansutodaytherearesomeproblems,reflectedinthecultureandpracticeofartanddesigntalent,lackofcreativeability.Andinthetheoreticalstudyoftherelativelyslowpaceofthestatecausedimitateinheritedrelativelycommonp
5、henomenon.Inalargenumberofgraduatesperyear,alargenumberofstudentsforcedbythepressureofemploymentandchoosetobediverted.Artanddesigneducationinpersonneltraininghavebeenexpandingatthesametime,isalsotrainingtomeettheneedsofthecommunitytalenttoassumemoreresponsibility.Howstagnantemploymentandindus
6、trychainisnotbalancedlayoutandperfecttheartanddesignpersonneltrainingmethods,toestablishadiversified,dockingwiththeneedsofthecommunitytrainingmodel,inartanddesigneducationissorealisticandurgent.Therealproblemwefaceisthat:localartanddesigneducationinGansuhistoricalresearchisstillinitsinfancy,e
