1、大连理工大学专业学位硕士学位论文摘要企业战略是企业对未来发展的一种整体谋划，决定着企业的发展方向，企业的中长期发展离不开企业的战略规划。中国化学工程第十四建设有限公司(以下简称中化十四建)属于施工建设企业，处于建筑行业价值链的中低端，随着国内政策的改变和国际环境的变化，公司面临着激烈的市场竞争，公司需要适合长远发展的战略。本文的研究目标是制定中化十四建的发展战略。本文的独特之处是放弃对公司整体行业的概括，针对主体行业进行战略分析，避免了论文题目过大的弊端。本文通过介绍了中化十四建的具体情况，确定了煤化工建设为公司的主体行业，提出了发展主体行业的重要意
