1、摘要I摘要改革开放三十多年来，随着我国国民经济高速增长，社会财富积累速度不断加快，高净值人群总量迅猛增加，从而提出了对资产管理的需求。私人银行业务（PrivateBanking）发源于欧洲，是指专门针对高净值人群的私密性极强的金融服务。作为商业银行的一项中间业务，私人银行业务近年来在我国得到快速发展，但囿于从业时间较短及人才缺乏等因素，目前我国私人银行的业务水平普遍较低。资产配置是私人银行业务过程的重要内容，然而很多银行对其掌握的并不是很好，迫切需要对其进行深入研究。本文研究的主要目的是在梳理既有

2、的资产配置理论，借鉴国外私人银行高净值客户资产配置方面的成熟经验基础之上，深入研究中国私人银行高净值客户的投资行为特征、财富目标及资产配置方法。文章内容涉及私人银行业务的基本概念、发展阶段、所面临的资产配置问题、资产配置相关理论，私人银行高净值资产配置流程构建等。本文的创新主要体现在：（1）回顾和整理投资组合理论、有效市场理论、市场时机选择理论、行为金融理论及生命周期理论等金融理论，探讨私人银行业务客户资产配置的理论基础；（2）对私人银行业务的资产配置过程和在该过程中的部分技术问题进行了比较深入的
