1、摘要的利用玉米秸秆,同时促进了菌株分泌大量地羧甲基纤维素酶和滤纸酶等其他酶系,对玉米秸秆有一定催化氧化作用,对玉米秸秆的降解解率分别为38.6+0.13%、41.4+0.12%、48+0.15%。(2)绿康混合菌在优化培养基中分泌羧甲基纤维素酶和滤纸纤维素酶酶活很高,为3014.32U/L,通过对菌株的酶活降解玉米秸秆的效果的研究,得到羧甲基纤维素酶和滤纸酶酶活性的高低与降解效果有一定的相关性,即酶液越高,降解效果越好。关键词绿色木霉;康宁木霉;混合菌;玉米秸秆.U.appliedtostrawmicrobialdegradationresearch.However,theresearch
