1、基于流程的国有商业银行操作风险研究应的风险点收集基础的数据，对于发生的损失进行相关跟踪测量。随着数据积累的增多，我国国有商业银行信用卡业务操作风险管理经验积累增多之后，可以考虑建立相关模型，将操作风险的频度、损失更加细分，以完善相应的操作风险管理。本文从操作风险管理的必要性出发，论述了我国国有商业银行面临的操作风险的特征，提出操作风险中流程管理的必要性及基本框架，具体到信用卡流程管理的论述，定性论述之外，结合适合我国国有商业银行操作风险定量分析方法一内部衡量法进行量化操作风险监管资本的论述，由于流程众多，细化到信用卡业务流程操作风险暴露的衡量、对应的监管资本的测度。国有商业银行操作风险流
