1、摘要饭店行业是一个传统的服务性行业。30多年来，我国饭店业所面临的内外部环境发生了诸多变化，全球经济一体化、新技术的普及与推广、旅游市场的持续扩张以及市场竞争的加剧等，无一不对我国饭店业的产业结构和管理等方面产生着巨大的影响。饭店业这一传统行业怎样紧跟时代步伐成功转变管理模式是饭店经营管理者要面对的一个首要问题。本文在借鉴国内外研究成果的基础上，选取宏观环境的11个变量因素构建了宏观环境对饭店经营管理影响的程式，并运用对比分析法和案例分析法来探索这11个因素对饭店经营管理的影响，得出研究结果：经济全球化促进饭店的整合和标准化管理、国民经济运行影响饭店的投资和需求

2、、市场竞争加快饭店的整合管理、政府政策促进饭店的兴建、法律法规规范饭店管理并改变了管理者的管理行为、信息技术促成并方便饭店的信息化管理、交通工具带来饭店的集团化和多样化、设施设备促进饭店服务和管理的标准化、社会稳定情况影响饭店的安全管理、人口因素影响饭店的经营管理方式、价值观影响饭店的文化管理模式等。文章结构如下：第l章是绪论。第2章是相关的理论基础。主要分析环境与企业经营管理的动因关系，及宏观环境对企业经营管理影响的程式。第3q章分别分析经济、法律法规、社会和技术环境对饭店管理模式的影响，并用案例验证理论。第7章是结论和启示。关键词：宏观环境；影响程式；品牌管
