2、运行现象，而且还是体制和制度缺陷和滞后的一种表现。本文通过对国内外中小企业融资问题的比较研究，全面分析我国中小企业的融资现状，进而对我国中小企业融资结构和融资行为进行实际和理论的探讨，找出我国中小企业融资困难的症结。通过借鉴国外建立中小企业融资体系的经验，结合我国的现状，在微观和宏观两个层面提出解决我国中小企业融资困难的具体对策，进而提出构建我国中小企业融资体系的总体构思。关键词：中小企业；融资结构；融资行为；融资体系哈尔滨工程大学硕士学位论文AbstractThesmallandmedium-s
