2、HemangiomasAbstractObjective:TheobjectiveofthisstudyistoevaluatetheefficacyandsecurityofPropranololGelintreatmentofinfantilehemangiomaindifferenttypesandlocation.ItisexpectedtoprovideatheoreticalbasisoftherolePropranololGelplayedininfantilehemangiomaforitsclinicuse.Methods:PropranololGelwasappli
3、edto51infantswithheamngiomaswhoareinlinewiththeinclusioncriteriaofthetreatment.Twenty-twoweremale,andtwenty-ninewerefemale.Theageoftheinfantswere28daysto12monthsoldwithameanageof3.8months.Theheamngiomas’areawere5×5～78×18mm.Superficialhemangiomawere28,deephemangiomawere6andmixedhemangiomawere17.T
4、hehemangiomalocatedinheadandneckwere32,intrunkwere10,andextremitieswere9.Weexcludedthecontraindicationsoftreatmentandgainedtheconsentoffamilymenbersagreementandsignedconsent.Theinfantswasappliedtopropranololgelthreetimesperday.Evaluatetheefficacyofthegelbyobsevedthesize,thecolour,thePSVandRI.Eva
