1、-------福建医科大学2009级硕士学位论文效差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。随访过程中患儿未出现明显心率、血压下降和空腹血糖降低，无饮食、睡眠不良情况，血常规、血生化检验，心电图及心脏彩超检查未出现明显异常。结论：普萘洛尔凝胶治疗婴幼儿血管瘤疗效较好，尤其是对于浅表型血管瘤，能达到口服普萘洛尔治疗的相同效果，且不良反应少，为临床提供了一种非侵入性的、安全方便的、患儿较易接受的治疗新途径。关键词：婴幼儿血管瘤普萘洛尔凝胶4-----------万方数据-----------福建医科大学2009级硕士学位论文ClinicalObservationandtheSa

3、omaforitsclinicuse.Methods:PropranololGelwasappliedto51infantswithheamngiomaswhoareinlinewiththeinclusioncriteriaofthetreatment.Twenty-twoweremale,andtwenty-ninewerefemale.Theageoftheinfantswere28daysto12monthsoldwithameanageof3.8months.Theheamngiomas’areawere5×5～78×18mm.Superficialhem

4、angiomawere28,deephemangiomawere6andmixedhemangiomawere17.Thehemangiomalocatedinheadandneckwere32,intrunkwere10,andextremitieswere9.Weexcludedthecontraindicationsoftreatmentandgainedtheconsentoffamilymenbersagreementandsignedconsent.Theinfantswasappliedtopropranololgelthreetimesperday.

5、Evaluatetheefficacyofthegelbyobsevedthesize,thecolour,thePSVandRI.EvaluatethesecurityofthegelbyobsevedECG,UCG,BloodBiochemicalCompleteSetetalandtheinfants'Bloodpressure,heartrate,fastingbloodsugaranddiet,sleepandothergeneralsituation.TheresultswereevaluatedusingAchauersystem．Results:8i

7、sscaleI(poor)in4patient(7.84%),scaleII(moderate)in18patients(35.29%),scaleШ(good)in22patients(43.14%)andscaleIV(excellent)in7patients(13.73%).Thechangesinsuperficialhemangiomawasbetterthanothers(P<0.05).Thereisnosignificantdifferentinlocated(P>0.05).Childreninthefollow-upprocessdoesn
