2、和不确定的未知世界，什么样的领导方式能够带领组织适应这种瞬息万变的环境?柔性领导正是在这种情形之下应运而生的。然而，纵观国内外对柔性领导的研究，大多停留在趋势分析的阶段，在本人查阅到的文献资料中，对柔性领导的构成、特点、适用性及具体实旌方法几乎没有系统的探讨。本文在大量阅读相关文献的基础上，对柔性领导进行了界定；阐明了柔性领导的特点和必要性；分析了影响领导模式的因素和三种典型的领导模式，在此基础上，提出双赢柔性领导模式并对该模式的构成、特点、适用性进行分析；最后就柔性领导的实施前提和具体实施方法作了比较详细的研究，并给出实施建议。关键词：柔性柔性领导领导模式柔性领导
