7、·······36个人简历··············································37中文摘要目的:观察复方绞股蓝颗粒对慢性脑缺血大鼠脑内氧化应激反应的影响方法:采用永久性双侧颈总动脉结扎术(2vo)制备40只大鼠慢性脑缺血的动物模型,按数字随即表分为4组,即假手术组、模型组、中药复方绞股蓝组、西药尼莫地平组,通过免疫组化分析,酶活性测定等,观察复方绞股蓝颗粒对大鼠脑内的MDA、NO、SOD等指标,针对其中药方剂的功效和作用特点,在原有的研究基础上从氧化应
