1、中文摘要固定组植骨融合率为100％。单纯植骨组并发症3例：伤口感染1例，鹅颈畸形愈合2例；内固定组并发症2例：切口感染1例，脑脊液漏l例。内固定组无钢板和螺钉松动或断裂等内固定相关并发症发生。两组均无脊髓、神经根损伤，食管损伤，喉上、喉返神经损伤等严重并发症发生。结论：颈椎前路手术术后融合节段曲度变化与术后颈部轴性症状的发生相关。颈前路手术时恢复并维持颈椎尤其是融合节段椎间高度及生理曲度可以减少，甚至可以避免术后颈部轴性症状的发生。关键词：脊髓型颈椎病；轴性症状；椎间高度；曲度变化；手术疗效英文摘要Therelationshipbetweencurvaturechang
