2、g.Method:Atotal48maleWistarratswereoperatedonandgotaclosedtransversetibiafractureinmiddle,thenrandomlydividedinto4groups.A1group:sodiumchloride,A2group:sodiumchloride+peripheralnerveinjury,B1group:NGF,B2group:NGF+peripheralnerveinjury.Animalswereexecutedafter2，4weeks.Callussizewasevaluatedby

3、wetweightandradiograph,thecallusmicrostructurewasmeasuredbybonehistomorphometery.Result:Thecallusformationonthenerveinjurysides(A2,B2)wasmuchmorethanthatontheinnervatedsides(A1,B1),buttheincreasedcallushadmoreosteoid,lessinmineralizedboneandnormalbonetrabecularstructure.LocalinjectionofNGF(B

4、1,B2)caninhibitthemetabolismofosteoclast,increasebonevolume,widenthebonetrabecular,maturethecallus.Conclusion:Peripheralnervoussystemhasaneffectonbonemetabolism,Intactinnervationisessentialfornormalfracturehealing.Nerveinjurycaninducemechanicallyinsufficientcallusandinhibittherehabilitationo
