4、iththetheoryofmodernfoodqualityandsafetysupervisionandmakingthe"preventionfirst"thefundamentalpoint,toensurethequalityandsafetyofdairyproducts.Theresearchincludesthefollowingaspects:Firstly,theresearchproposesthebackgroundandsignificance,tosumupthesituationofmonitoringthe
5、qualityofdairyproductsabroadandelaboratepresentdomesticsituationthroughresearch.Introduceandstudytherelateconceptsarebasedontheresearchdirectionandmethods.Besides,putforwardsupervisionideasaccordingtothecontroldairyproductscharacteristicsandlaythefoundationforthesubsequen
6、tcomprehensiveanalysis.Weshouldunderstandsupplychainmodelofthedairyproductsandhaveananalysisaqualitysafetyproblemswhichexistinthecourseofprocess.Accordingtoqualitysafetyriskproblemsindairyproducts,weanalyzethemandthenextractfivecommonfactorsbymeansofinvestigationandanalys
7、isaswellasfactoranalysis.Basedonthecoefficientmatrixofcommonfactorscore,wehaveconstructedtheriskcalculationfunctionsofthecommonfactorsalongwithriskmodelexpression.Onbasisofthescorevalue,weanalyzetherisklevelsoastoformulatecorrespondingriskmanagementmeasures,thusprovidingr
