1、摘要中央银行在制定和实施货币政策时需要考虑不同产权和不同行业对货币政策反应存在的差异性，否则会降低货币政策实施效率，最终影响货币政策实施效果。而建筑业是影响国计民生的关键产业，作为处于产业链的中间环节，在整个经济的发展过程中起着不可或缺的作用。我国建筑业存在着低利润、过度竞争、生产率和科技水平低等不足之处。国家实施的货币政策是否可以影响建筑业，并对建筑业的发展实施导向和调控，我国货币政策对建筑业的传导机制是否有效，这些都是需要解决的问题。本文通过对我国实施的货币政策在建筑业的传导机制进行理论和实证分析，研究货币供应量、利率等货币政策变量在建筑业调控中的作用。在理论部分，本

2、文主要分析货币政策对建筑业的传导，通过对利率途径和信贷途径的研究，得出利率及货币供应量的变动如何影响建筑业经营和产出。在实证部分借助EViews分析软件，对利率效应和货币效应通过相关系数分析进行实证分析。结合理论和实证分析结果，本文得出的主要结论是货币政策能够通过利率、货币供应量等中介变量实施对建筑业的调控。利率效应为负且显著，而货币效应为正但不显著。结果表明利率作为货币政策对建筑业传导的中介变量，比货币供应量更为有效。最后，为了进一步提高货币政策的有效性，实施适宜的货币政策对建筑业进行宏观调控，本文认为除了货币政策外，还应该采取适当的辅助政策，发展和完善建筑行业，以强化
