2、hystemwas2.12.Thebudsandstemgrowthbestatthistemperature.SothefavorabletemperatureandpHtopropagationofclusterbudswereseparately25℃and6.0.ThefavorablemediumwasMS+6-BA0.5mg/L+KT0.5mg/L+NAA0.01mg/L+3%sucrose.（2）Thekindsofplantgrowthregulatorsandtheircompounding,thekindsofdifferentexpl

3、ants,lightconditionshaddifferenteffectsonthecallusinduction.Theresultindicatedthat2，4-Dwasthekeyfactorforcallusinduction.Thecytokinin(6-BA、KT、ZT)couldimproveinductedeffectof2,4-D.Itssequencewasthat:6-BA＞KT＞ZT.ThefavorablemediumtoinducecallusbyusingfleshystemsasexplantswasMS+2,4-D1

4、mg/L+6-BA0.5mg/L+3%sucrose+0.7%agarwith88.19%inductiverate.Theinductedrateoffleshystemswasthehighestoneinallkindsofexplants.Theinductedrateofcallusinthelightpowerof0Luxwashigherthanthatin120Luxor2000Lux.Theresultshowedthatthelowerconcentrationlevelof2,4-Disadvantageoustothepropaga

5、tionanddifferentiationofcallus.Lingfasuisadvantageoustocallusdifferentiation.TDZhastheverygoodfunctiontomaintainthevigorofcallusandpreventethecallusaging.（3）TherootinductionofChinesewaterchestnutwaseasy.Theinductedratesoffourmediumswereallhighandtheirdifferencewerenotmarked.Butthe

6、differenceoftheirrootnumberofaverageplantletwasmarked.Thefavorablemediumwasthat:MS+IBA0.3mg/L+3%sucrose.Itsinductedrateofrootswas100%.Therootsnumberofaverageplantletwas15.(4)Theeffectsofthemethodsofhardening-off,thekindsoftransplantingmedium,thetransplantingenvironmenttothesurviva
