2、ive.Butbehindthelotsofmergersandacquisitions,thereisthefailureofM&Aratioof75%intheworld,relativetothefailurerateofconservativeChineseenterprisesalsoreachedto60%.Researchshowsthatthesuccessprocessofmergerisonlythebeginning,themergerintegrationisthemostdifficult
3、thing,oneofthemostdifficultandthemosteasilyleadtofailureofM&Afactorsistheintegrationofhuman.Baseonthemodernhumanresourcefunctionmanagement,authorstudiedthehumanresourceintegrationproblemsofAgroupmerger&acquisitonJSBcompany,anddiscussthecurrentproblemandthesolv
4、estrategy.Sheclarifiedhowtostartfromtheenterprisestrategy,integratedthecorporatecultureandtheorganizationalstructure,andsuggestedthehumanresourceallocationstrategybasedontheCompetencyModel,identifiedthestrippingandreducingpositionswithsixkindsofmethodstoreduce
5、theM&Aenterpriseslabor30%.SheproposedthatGroupControlModeofhumanresourcesmanagementstrategyfortheJSBcompanychangefromasinglestructuretothemerger.AuthorstudiedhumanresourcemanagementtheoriesandM&Atheories,combinedwiththeactualcase,andstudiedinhowtocarryouthuman
