2、lwelfarefromdamage.Withthedevelopmentofhighwayindustry,manyproblemsandcontradictionshaveappeared,suchasthehighchargingpriceofhighway,unreasonablechargeableperiod,etc.Themainlyreasonisthatourgovernmentregulationmechanismcan’tmeettheneedsofthedevelopmentofhighwayindustry.Soit’sofgreatimportanceforo
3、urcountrytoresearchandformulateregulatorymeasurestomeetthedemandsofhighwayindustryassoonaspossible.Thecurrentsituationofourcountry’shighwayindustrygovernmentregulationwasstudied.Thenexistingproblemswereanalyzedandsummarized.Tollpriceregulationandtollperiodregulationarethemainformsofgovernmentregu
4、lationonhighwayindustry,andtheylargelyaffecttheeffectivenessofgovernmentregulation.Moreover,highwaytollscovermanyaspectsandhavestrongsocialinfluence.Sointhispapertheopinionthatthegovernmentshouldstrengthenthehighwayindustrytollpriceregulationandtollperiodregulationwasproposed,whichwasalsothemajor
5、contentsofthispaper.Onthebasisofinternationalexperienceandundertheguidanceofgovernmentregulationtheory,tollpriceregulationandtollperiodregulationofhighwayindustrywerestudiedrespectively.UsingcomparativeanalysisandcombingtheactualsituationofChina'shighwayindustry,viewswereconcludedasfollows:thepri
