1、华中农业大学硕士学位论文媒体人每天关注着全世界发生的各种人物和事件，但其自身的生存状态、心理健康却鲜有人关心，如常年处于体力和精力上的透支，就极易产生心理及生理问题。对于在境外媒体务工的“外来劳工”来说，没有内地的医疗保险、社会保险、养老生育保险，却有着比内地更激烈更残酷的竞争及生存压力。拿着比本地劳工低廉的薪水，却干着多出数倍的工作。诸如此类的不公平待遇，都让这个外来务工群体尤其是高素质的媒体行业的外来务工人群产生了不同程度的心理失衡，进而引发一系列心理问题。希望通过对这些问题的归纳与研究，能为这个领域的研究提供数据和典型案例
