1、超声技术在临床麻醉中应用的可行性探讨南华大学附属第二医院湖南衡阳421001【摘要】目的研究超声技术在临床麻醉中应用价值及可行性。方法随机选取2014年9月一2015年9月我院麻醉科需要临床麻醉的160例患者，根据在围手术期麻醉时是否应用超声技术分为观察组和对照组，对照组患者在麻醉时，采取常规的辅助方法及血常规检查；而观察组患者采取超声检查在术前、术中以及术后对麻醉患者进行综合评估、诊断麻醉中患者病情、监测麻醉中患者的牛命体征及提高穿刺的准确性；观察比较两组患者吸收性肺炎、苏醒延迟、术后恶心呕吐、支气管痉挛的发牛情况及对麻醉效果的满意度。结果观察组患者麻醉后发生吸收
2、性肺炎0、苏醒延迟3.75%、术后恶心呕吐22.50%、支气管痉挛7.5%、并发症总发牛率34.00%；对照组患者麻醉后发牛吸收性肺炎7.50%、苏醒延迟30.00%、术后恶心呕吐70.00%、支气管痉挛23.75%、并发症总发生率75.00%。观察组患者对麻醉效果的总满意度为83.75%,对照组为55.00%；两组数据比较具有统计学意义（PV0.05）。结论超声手术可增加临床麻醉的安全性，提高患者的手术治疗效果，在临床麻醉中应用具有可行性，值得广泛使用。【关键词】超声技术；临床麻醉；可行性AbstractObjectiveTostudythevalueandfea
