1、卩坐来麟酸注射液治疗糖尿病骨质疏松患者的疗效研究青神县人民医院内一科四川眉山620460摘要：目的为有效改善糖尿病患者骨质疏松症状，临床探究卩坐来麟酸注射液用于疾病治疗的可行性、有效性。方法选取2014.5〜2015.6期间我院经诊断为糖尿病骨质疏松入院治疗的110例患者，按双盲法随机分为两组分别为对照组55例、治疗组55例。对照组患者服用阿仑麟酸钠片，治疗组在此基础上加用卩坐来磷酸注射液，对两组疾病治疗效果进行评估，测量用药前后患者骨密度值情况,同时对治疗期间用药所致不良反应进行记录比较。结果治疗前两组各部位骨密度值差别无意义，P>0.05,用药后两组骨密度值均
2、有改善，且治疗组患者各部位骨密度值恢复优于对照组P<0.05：治疗组症状改善有效率为94.5%,单一组为83.6%,单一组较治疗组疾病治疗效果差，P<0.05；两组两组治疗期间肝、肾功能及血、尿常规无明显异常；治疗前两组血清中骨钙素(BGP)、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(B-ALP)水平比较差别无意义，P>；0.05,用药后治疗组指标改善较对照组好。结论临床对糖尿病骨质疏松症状患者治疗时，使用卩坐来麟酸注射液患者症状恢复好，骨密度得到有效提升、用药安全性高。关键词：哇来磷酸注射液；糖尿病骨质疏松；安全性[Abstract]Objective：Inordertoe
