4、eadvertisingaccountedfor8.8percentofalladvertisingintheUnitedStatesin2008.Thatshareisexpectedtogrowaspeoplespendmoretimewithnewonlinemediasuchassocialnetworkingandsitesthatofferuser-generatedcontent;asmoretraditionalmediasuchastelevisionistransmittedovertheinternet;
5、andasmoreadvertisingisdeliveredtobrowser-enabledmobilephones.Internet-basedadvertisingisthesourceofa“galeofcreativedestruction^.thatissweepingacrosstheadvertisingandmedialandscape,especiallyintheUnitedStates.Newspapers,particularly,arelosingreadersandadvertiserstowe
