2、issuecharactersoftheregeneratecartilageareinvestigatedafterthefoldedperiosteum-bonecombinedtissuehasbeenfreelytransplantedtorepairthearticularcartilageinthestudy.Methods:Themodelsaboutthefull-thicknesscartilagedefectsarebuiltonthe48NewZealandwhiterabbits.Thefreetransplantationofthef

3、oldedperiosteum-bonecombinedtissueisdesignedasexperimentgroup.Thetransplantationofthefreeperiosteumisdesignedascontrolgroup.Meanwhile,thegroupwithoutanyinterferenceisdesignedasblankgroup.Allrabbitsweresacrificedin2,4,8,and12weekspostoperatively.Theconjunctionoftherepairtissuesandper

4、ienchymawereexaminedmacroscopically.Haematoxylin—eosinstainingandtoluidinebluestainingwereusedtoobservethecharacteristicsandthethicknessofrepairtissues.Meanwhile,immunohistochemistry,andscanningelectronmicroscopeofwereusedtoevaluatedtherepairtissue.Histologicalscoresonsamplesineachg

5、roupweremeasuredbyO＇Driscollscorestandardatdifferenttimepointswithlightmicroscope.Results:Therepairtissueinexperimentalgroupapproachedtohyalinecartilage,andshowedanunclearboundarywiththenormalcartilage.Therepairtissuewasdyeddeeplywithtoluidinebluestaining.Thepositiveexpressionoftype

6、Ⅱcollagenintherepairtissuewasverified.Meanwhile,thecapsuleofcartilagecellswhichliningupinorderandtheporousstructureofcollagenfibrilswereobservedbyscanningelectronmicroscope.Histologicalscoreoftherepairtissuewasbetterthaninthecontrolgroupandintheblankgroup.Conclusion:Onthebasisofthep
