1、胸腺肽α1体外刺激胃癌患者PBMCs对淋巴细胞亚群影响杨霞1*,钱锋2*,刘凯军1,何海洋1,兰远志2,田易1,傅晓岚1,李健1,张记1,申子刚1,李晋涛1,吴玉章1(400038重庆,第三军医大学:全军免疫研究所1;西南医院普通外科2)[摘要]目的观察胸腺肽α1(Tα1)体外刺激培养胃癌患者外周血单个核细胞(peripheralbloodmononuclearcells,PBMCs)对淋巴细胞亚群分化及分泌细胞因子谱影响,分析Tα1对肿瘤患者免疫功能的影响。方法分离32例胃癌患者及18例健康自愿者PBMCs,Tα150、10及1μg/ml体外刺激培养2d,流式细胞仪检测CD4+
2、、CD8+、CD4+CD25+Foxp3+T细胞百分比,CD4+/CD8+变化,及分泌Th1/Th2细胞因子谱变化。结果Tα1体外刺激PBMCs后,胃癌患者及健康自愿者的CD4+、CD8+T细胞水平及CD4+/CD8+比值均无明显变化;健康自愿者CD4+CD25+Foxp3+T细胞水平无明显变化,胃癌患者CD4+CD25+Foxp3+T细胞水平明显提高(P<0.05);Tα11μg/ml促进胃癌患者PBMCs分泌IL-1β、TNF-α,10μg/ml促进胃癌患者PBMCs分泌IL-6,健康人PBMCs分泌细胞因子谱变化不明显。结论:Tα1体外刺激胃癌患者PBMCs,提高CD4+C
