2、胞分析小鼠外周血EPCs数量变化,Evens兰染色评价7天后颈动脉再内皮化面积。结果颈动脉损伤前各组外周血EPCs数量分别为卵巢切除+雌激素组(0.064±0.016%)、卵巢切除组(0.028±0.01%)及未切除卵巢组(0.063±0.022%)(n=11)。颈动脉损伤后1,3天各组外周血EPCs数量分别为,卵巢切除+雌激素组(0.42±0.135%,n=6;1.47±0.38%,n=5)、卵巢切除组(0.13±0.024%,n=6;0.25±0.024%,n=6)、未切除卵巢组(0.43±0.16%,n=
