1、复方阿嗪米特联合胆宁片治疗胆源性消化不良的临床研究【摘要】目的观察复方阿嗪米特联合胆宁片治疗胆源性消化不良的临床效果。方法139例胆源性消化不良的患者随机分为治疗组（71例）和对照组（68例），治疗组给予复方阿嗪米特联合胆宁片治疗，对照组仅给予胆宁片治疗。分别于治疗1、2、4周末记录临床症状观察结果，对比两组的疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组症状明显改善，在1、2、4周时总有效率分别达40.8%、88.7%、100.0%,均明显高于对照组（19.1%、45.6%.51.5%）,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P<；0.05）o两组不良反应及停药后复发率比较差异无统计学意义（P>；0.05）。结

7、，效果良好，现总结如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料选择本院2009年12月〜2014年3月收治的139例胆源性消化不良患者，入选标准：年龄在50岁以上，男女不限，由腹部彩超或者CT检查、查体等证实有胆囊病变，由腹部隐痛、腹部饱胀不适、食欲不振、早饱等胆源性消化不良症状。排除及剔除标准：①腹痛严重、急性胆囊炎及胆道梗阻者;②腹泻严重者;③患精神疾病等不能合作者;④患恶性肿瘤者;⑤伴严重心、肝、肺、肾
