2、空腹胰岛素(FINS),甘油三酯(TG),总胆固醇(CH0),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C),各指标以血糖分组进行比较;各指标以性别分组进行比较;计算胰岛素抵抗指数(H0MA-IR),胰岛素分泌指数(EISI),用Pearson相关分析,比较In(IlOMA-IR)与BMI、Lnlns>EISETG、CHO、HDL-C、TG/HDL-C、FPG的关系。结果(1)各血糖组间,随着FPG的升高,LnIns、、TG、CHO、HDL-C、TG/HDL-C、均升高、EISI降低,有统计学意义,(P<0.
3、05)o(2)各男、女性别组间,男性组TG、HDL-C、TG/HDL-C明显升高有统计学意义,其余各指标均无统计学意义(P<0.05)o(3)Pearson相关分析比较,In(HOMA-IR)与BMI、FPG、Lnlns>EISI、TG、CHO、HDL-C>TG/HDL-C、各组成正相关。结论空腹血糖、血脂水平增加与IIOMA-IR有密切关系。关键词:空腹血糖;血脂;胰岛素抵抗中图分类号:文献标识码:AStudyontherelationshipamongfastingbloodglucosea
