1、记忆豳觀戦骨斤IZTIII三I2018-03-2910:29:58中国现代医生2018年6期龙智生陈钢龚飞鹏李宇旭肖裕华[摘要]戸的探讨记忆合金聚恢器及聚酯纤维线治疗恢骨下极粉碎性骨折合并恢韧带损伤的疗效。方法选取2008年5月〜2017年6月43例離骨下极粉碎性骨折合并靛韧带损伤患者,采用记忆合金聚離器及聚酯纤维线治疗,术后通过关节功能评分及术后X线片对其疗效进行评定。结果本组患者切口均I期愈合。住院期间复查X线片见熊骨恢复正常长度,骨折固定牢靠。术后随访时间12〜36周,平均24周,随访率88%,复查X线示骨折愈合良好,備骨位置良好,骨折愈合时间3〜6个月,平均4个月。随
