1、Ill2018-03-2910:29:48中国现代医生2018年5期王敏张德伟［摘要］目的观察慢性肾脏病(CKD)3〜5期患者服用耗苯磺酸钙后采用肌氨酸氧化酶法检测血肌酉干结果偏差水平，探讨轻苯磺酸钙对肌氨酸氧化酶法检测血肌肝的影响程度。方法选取82例CKD3〜5期未行透析治疗的患者，随机分为两组，对照组给予常规治疗，实验组在常规治疗基础上加用疑苯磺酸钙0.5g,3次/dkl服，分别检测两组治疗前、治疗后1周血肌酹水平，实验组加测停用疑苯磺酸钙1周后血肌阡水平，对照组亦检测同期血肌酊水平。结果两组患者治疗1周后血肌酊水平較治疗前均有下降，实验组血清肌酹最低下降47.3pmo

2、l/L,最高下降295.5pmol/L,下降程度明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(Pvo.01)；实验组停用疑苯磺酸钙1周后血肌酉干值较疑苯磺酸钙治疗1周后血肌肝值明显上升，与对照组同期血肌肝值相比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论拜苯磺酸钙对肌氨酸氧化酶法检测CKD3〜5期患者血肌酹结果有明确十扰作用，检测值在一定程度上低于实际水平，建议避免在评估肾功能期间服用疑苯磺酸钙。［关键词］拜苯磺酸钙；血肌断；肌氨酸氧化酶法；慢性肾脏病(CKD)；假性偏低［中图分类号］R961；R446.11［文献标识码］B［文章编#］1673-9701(2018)05-0079-03
