3、dofeducationisanimportantlivelihoodprojects,theStateCouncilattachedgreatimportancetostrengtheningemploymentandentrepreneurshipexplicitlyrequestedservicesystemandenhancetheproportionofstudents'employmentbusiness.2015Macroemploymentsituationfacingmultiplepressures,fur

5、ployment,professionalsatisfaction,careermood,employmentservicesandotherissuesforinvestigation.Takearandomsamplesurveyform.Thesurveyquestionnaireswereissued150,actualrecoveryof125validquestionnaires,theeffectiveratewas83%..Sincethesamplesurvey,thefullaccountoftherepr
6、esentativenessofthesample,andthereforetheinvestigationobjectivelyreflectsthecurrentstateofmindinchoosingcollegestudents.Tofacilitatestudentsanswer,multiplechoicequestionnaireformsweredividedintosingleandmultipleselections.2.SURVEYRESULTSANDANALYSISInrecentyears,coll
7、egeenrollment,thetotaldemandinthejobmarketwithoutacorrespondingincrease,resultingintalentoversupply,resultinginincreasinglysevereemploymentsituation.Surveyshowsthatabout76%ofthestudentsthinkthatthecurrentemploymentsituationisverygrim,veryoptimisticabouttheprospectso
8、fonly8%believetheemploymentsituation,16%ofnormal,visible,almostalluniversitiestounderstandthecurrentemploymentsituation,whichcareerbehavio
