3、oninfrastructures(particularlytheWorldWideWebandtheinternet).E-commerceencompassesawiderangeofcommercialactivitiesthatcanbecategorizedintobusiness-to-businesssectors.Industrysectorssuchasbankinghaveopenlyembracede-commercetoimprovetheirperformanceandgainastrategiccompetit

4、iveadvantage.Acommonstrategicdilemmachallengingleadersishowtoigniteachangeinitiativethatwillgeneratecompetitiveadvantage(Khan,2006).Throughe-commerce,wecan,accordingtoWeeksandFrisone(1999),expectthefollowingchangesinthetraditionaldistributionandmarketingofeverydayproducts

5、andservicesincludinginancialservices:(1)transferofbargainingpowertotheconsumer;(2)shifttoauctionpricing;(3)creationofnewdistributionchannels;(4)adoptionofnewmarketingandpricingmodels(5)reducetheneedforsupportstaff.2-LiteraturereviewInthispart,firstweexplainthefundamentalc
