2、inershallbeexperienced.Thenaturalorcorrectedacuityoftheexaminershallbecapableofperformingoperationspecifiedbythisprocedure.1.3Thedirectvisualexaminationisemployedbythisprocedure.1.4Ontheexaminationfieldtheilluminatorshallbesufficientthattheexaminationcanbeperformedwell.1.5Themeasurementandequipme

3、ntusedforexaminationshallbecalibratedandbeusedintheeffectiveperiod.2.ExaminationRequirement2.1PermissibleOut-of-RoundnessofCylindrical,ConicalandSphericalshellsasfollowing:2.1.1InternalPressureTheshellofacompletedvesselshallbesubstantiallyrounded.Thedifferencebetweenthemaximumandminimuminsidediam

4、etersatanycrosssectionshallnotexceed1%ofthenominaldiameteratthecrosssectionunderconsideration.Whenthecrosssectionpassesthroughanopeningorwithin1I.D.oftheopeningmeasuredfromthecenteroftheopening,thepermissibledifferenceininsidediametersgivenabovemaybeincreasedby2%oftheinsideWPECDOC.NO.:QCEP-02REV.
