1、动细心照顾好幼儿,发出让祖辈家长放心的信号、主动帮助祖辈家长解决遇到的育儿难题等利他行为,为双方的沟通打好情感基础。其中,在对尊重原则的执行上,除却日常的热情相待、认真完成祖辈家长的叮嘱以外,教师还要积极发掘祖辈家长的人生智慧,向他们学习,以实现平等基础上的相互尊重。随后,教师应在了解祖辈家长特点的基础上,有的放矢地与其沟通。研究从祖辈家长的群体特点和祖辈家长的个体差异两个方面对祖辈家长的特点展开论述。其中,前者可进一步细分为生理特点以及心理特点两个维度;后者可进一步细分为文化水平以及个性特征两个维度。在实际的沟通中,教师可根据每位祖辈家长的
2、不同特点,因人而异地选取合适的沟通策略。最后,研究通过分析一位园长与祖辈家长之间沟通的成功案例,对上述两大策略进行了全面、生动以及具象化的说明。关键词:幼儿教师,祖辈家长,沟通,沟通策略,自我效能感AbstraelAbstractThisstudyusesqualitativeresearchroute,focuson“howpreschcommunicatewiththechildren’Sgrandparents”thiscity—beautyquestion,interviews14preschoolteachers(including
3、2directorsofkindergarten)whocomefromthreecountiesofNcityandH,Zthesetwoprovinces.Throughcodingthenativeconceptoftheseinterviewedteachers,theresearchersummarizestwobigstrategiesfortheteachertoadoptwhentheydocommunicationworkwiththechildren’Sgrandparents.Firstly,thisstudyexpou
4、ndsthecommunicationstrategyfromthemorallevelforpreschoolteachers.Thisstrategycanbedividedintotwoparts:disciplineoneselfinthecognitionanddoaltruisticbehaviorontheactions.Inthenormalcontactwiththegrandparents,teachersshouldgrasptwoprincipleswhicharerespectandinitiative.Throug
5、haskingoneselftovalueandmakeallowancesforthegrandparentsandtreatthemsincerelyandwarmlyaswellasdoaltruisticbehaviorssuchasconcerningthechildandtheirgrandparentsactively,lookingafterthechildcarefullyandactivelyinordertosendthesignalswhichcanmakethegrandparentsfeelrelievedandh
