1、摘要整体而言，完善我国农地流转市场法律制度需要遵循比较利益优势原则、求同存异性原则、利益协调与利益共享原则等。从具体制度上说，需要从农地流转市场的主体法律制度、利益分配制度、信息披露制度、法律监管制度及纠纷解决制度等角度进行完善。当然，本文从社会中间层的视角进行研究难免有不周之处，这在论文的结语部分进行了说明，以期为该问题的进一步研究提供参考。关键词：农地流转市场；社会中间层；法律规制IlABSTRACT”hasbeen”Theissueofagriculture，ruralareasandpeasantsalwaysallimportantproblemof
