1、相关关系。跨专业硕士研究生专业适应的主要问题有专业承诺偏低、专业自我效能低、专业学习动力不足、研究能力较低，出现这些问题的主要原因有学生自我定位与专业不匹配、学生学习态度不端正、跨专业硕士研究生专业基础薄弱、课程设置不够合理、教师授课低效、导师指导缺位，因此提出通过以下主要对策：重新自我定位，激发学习兴趣；端正学习态度；强化专业基础，拓宽专业视野；重视科研方法课程，发挥选修课作用；提高教师的授课能力，保证课程质量；推行研究生双导师制，完善导师考核评价制度。关键词：跨专业硕士研究生专业适应性Ⅱ万方数据STUDY0NIN
