1、相关关系。跨专业硕士研究生专业适应的主要问题有专业承诺偏低、专业自我效能低、专业学习动力不足、研究能力较低,出现这些问题的主要原因有学生自我定位与专业不匹配、学生学习态度不端正、跨专业硕士研究生专业基础薄弱、课程设置不够合理、教师授课低效、导师指导缺位,因此提出通过以下主要对策:重新自我定位,激发学习兴趣;端正学习态度;强化专业基础,拓宽专业视野;重视科研方法课程,发挥选修课作用;提高教师的授课能力,保证课程质量;推行研究生双导师制,完善导师考核评价制度。关键词:跨专业硕士研究生专业适应性Ⅱ万方数据STUDY0NIN
