2、ethemechanismofvascularrestenosis．Method：FortyhealthmaleWistarratsweredividedintosqueezinginjurygroupsrandomly．Carotidarteryofratwasexposedundergeneralanesthesia．Manualwoodsplint(13mm×5mm×1mm)wassetonthecarotidarteryseparately．Thentheslidesweresqueezedparallelingtothearteryfor25min．Atdays

3、1，7，14and28afterinjury,rats(n210)werekilledandthetargetvascularsectionswereisolatedandstainedwithHEtostudythepathologychanges．ImmunohistochemistrywasusedtodetectICAM-·1andVCAM--1expressionintargetvesselsandcomputerimageanalysiswasusedtodetectthedegreeofexpressionaboutICAM-1andVCAM-1，theth
