1、冬期、雨期及热期施工一、一般规定1、冬期、雨期及热期的桥涵施工,应根据不同的季节特点制定相应的施工技术方案,并应采取有针对性的措施,保证工程质量和施工安全。2、施工前应及时掌握气温、雨雪、风暴、汛情等预报,预订应急预案,做好安全防范工作,避免发生事故。施工操作人员应按劳动保护的规定,采取必要的防护措施。3、冬期、雨期及热期的施工除应符合本章的规定外,尚应符合本规范其他章节的相关规定。二、冬期施工1、根据当地多年的气温资料,室外昼夜日平均气温连续5d稳定低于50C时,钢筋、预应力、混凝土及砌体等工程采取冬期施工措
2、施。严寒期不宜进行施工。2、冬期施工的工程,应预先做好冬期施工组织计划及技术准备工作。对各项设施和材料,应提前采取防雪、防冻、防火及防煤气中毒等防护措施;对钢筋的冷拉和预应力筋的张拉,应制订专门的施工工艺及安全技术方案;对处于结冰水域的结构物,应采取必要的防护措施,防止其在施工期间和完工后遭受冻胀、流冰撞击等危害。3、冬期施工期间,除永冻地去外,地基在基础施工和去养护时,均不得受冻。4、钢筋的焊接、冷拉及预应力筋的张拉应符合下例规定:urbanarea2.5.2YibincityinYibincity,acco
