1、.....内容摘要本文通过对企业核心竞争力和中小企业现状的分析,提出了中小企业和大型企业一样,也需要核心竞争力,同时,通过具体的事例,从三个方面阐述了中小企业应如何构建自己的核心竞争力:一是以专对分,抓住细分市场。主要应从两方面着手,一是作大企业不愿做、不屑做的小产品;另外就是甘心作大企业的“配角”,为大企业加工零部件。二是重视企业的管理,保证产品质量。提高企业的产品质量,首先要加强质量管理,提高企业的质量管理水平。其次,要注重实行标准化管理,标准化是稳定提高产品质量的重要保证三是勤练内功,建立有凝聚力的企业文化。优秀的企业
2、文化,对于中小企业的存在和发展有着非常重要的作用。主要表现为以下几个方面:有利于企业扩大产品知名度,占据市场份额,有利于树立良好的企业形象,有利于提高企业的经营业绩。通过对这三个方面的具体分析,得出中小企业不仅需要核心竞争力,而且核心竞争力还是中小企业实现可持续发展、保证企业发展壮大的必要前提和重要保证。关键词:中小企业核心竞争力细分市场质量管理企业文化....AbstractThetextanalyzesthecorecompetenceofenterprisesandtheactualityofsmallandmediu
