1、北京工业大学毕业论文摘要并购活动自80年代中期进入中国以来，已成为推动我国企业升级和发展的重要手段，而我国的建筑业正面临迫切的转型升级需求，因此，研究我国建筑行业上市企业并购绩效的影响因素有重要意义。本文首先说明了并购的概念，介绍了我国建筑企业的并购现状，并且列举了一般企业并购绩效的影响因素；其次设计我国建筑企业并购绩效的实证研究，包括建筑企业建筑绩效的影响因素、使用合适的评价方法、选取合理的财务指标、筛选合适的样本以及建立因子分析评价模型。接着进行了实证研究以分析各影响因素的实际影响及产生原因。最后根据实证分析的结果，对如何提高我国建筑行业的并购绩效提出了几点建议。关
