4、edBacillussubtilisandRhodotheceglutinisY3．2TheworkWasmainlyresearchedtogettheeffectofenvironmentalagentsonthegrowthofthesuperordinary．TheresultsfoundthatBacillussubtilisandRhodotheceglutinisY3wouldgrowinthebestsuitablegrowthconditionsofliquidvolume、initialpHandtemperature．3Thesoybeanm

5、ealpowderWasusedassubstrateandfermentedbythesuperordinarymicroorganismwhichWasselected．Theproteinofsoybeanmealpowdercouldbedegradedintosmallpeptidesbymicroorganism．TheBiuretmethodWasusedtooptimizetheconditionsofmiroorganismsdegradedsoybeanmealbyfermentation．Resultsshowedthatasfollows：

6、undertheoptimumdegradedcondition，thesmallpeptidecontentinthebrothbythefermentedBacillussubtilis02-03couldreach58．86％，inceasing37．99％thanthatoftheoriginal；whilethesmallpeptidecontentinthefermentedsoybeanmealpowerbytheRhodotheceglutinisY3wasincreasedfrom20．87％to56．96％．4TheRhodotheceglut
