2、gfromfeedingoffalandactivatethemicroorganismsinlaboratory.SoybeanmealflourWasusedasfermentationsubstrateanddegradedbythesuperodinarymicroorganism.Asaresult,wecouldachievethebestsuitablefermentationtechnology.Wehavetooktheachievementswhichwerefollowed:1Thesuperordinarymicroorganismstha
3、twereisolatedandscreeningWassucceedbyisolationmethods(suchasdilutedcoatingseparationanddilutionpourseparation)andscreeningmethodsofmicroorganism.Analyzingofthallinecharacteristic,colonycharacteristic,growthcurve,reproductivemodeandSOonindicatedthatthesuperordinarymicroorganismswerenam
4、edBacillussubtilisandRhodotheceglutinisY3.2TheworkWasmainlyresearchedtogettheeffectofenvironmentalagentsonthegrowthofthesuperordinary.TheresultsfoundthatBacillussubtilisandRhodotheceglutinisY3wouldgrowinthebestsuitablegrowthconditionsofliquidvolume、initialpHandtemperature.3Thesoybeanm
5、ealpowderWasusedassubstrateandfermentedbythesuperordinarymicroorganismwhichWasselected.Theproteinofsoybeanmealpowdercouldbedegradedintosmallpeptidesbymicroorganism.TheBiuretmethodWasusedtooptimizetheconditionsofmiroorganismsdegradedsoybeanmealbyfermentation.Resultsshowedthatasfollows:
6、undertheoptimumdegradedcondition,thesmallpeptidecontentinthebrothbythefermentedBacillussubtilis02-03couldreach58.86%,inceasing37.99%thanthatoftheoriginal;whilethesmallpeptidecontentinthefermentedsoybeanmealpowerbytheRhodotheceglutinisY3wasincreasedfrom20.87%to56.96%.4TheRhodotheceglut
