1、涵洞沉降缝、防水层、保护层施工技术措施涵洞沉降缝、防水层、保护层施工技术措施一、工程概况1.1概况本标段新建涵洞为盖板箱涵和肋板涵共107座，其中盖板箱涵102座，肋板涵5座。本工程涵洞主要构成为：C30素砼（涵身基础、出入口基础、翼墙基础）、C30素砼（涵身、边墙、中墙和翼墙）、C35钢筋砼盖板；沉降缝设置基本长度为4m/道，沉降缝填充材料为石棉沥青板、聚氨酯橡胶板和防水卷材，防水层为两层聚氨酯防水涂料；进出口附属工程出入口边坡、沟床、锥体及出入口垂裙、检查台阶等均为10cm厚碎石垫层+35cm厚M10水泥砂浆砌片

2、石。1.2编制依据1）施工图纸及其参考图纸；2）《铁路桥涵施工技术指南》、《铁路桥涵工程施工质量验收标准》、《铁路混凝土与砌体工程施工规范》、《铁路桥涵混凝土与砌体结构设计规范》、《铁路工程施工安全技术规程》（上、下册）。1.3、适用范围本作业指导书仅适用于锦赤铁路ZH-03标段涵洞工程施工。二、技术交底内容本次技术交底主要针对本标段涵洞防水层、沉降缝、保护层施工方法进行交底。2.1沉降缝2.1.1沉降缝设置目的设置沉降缝的目的是避免涵洞因荷载或地基承载力不均匀而发生不均匀沉陷，产生不规则的多处裂缝，而使整个涵洞破坏
