1、自制止血棉球在拔牙创面中的应用研究摘要：目的观察自制止血棉球在拔牙中的临床应用效果。方法择取200例拔牙患者，随机分为自制止血棉球止血组（观察组）及普通棉球止血组（对照组）,拔牙术后运用棉球止血20〜25min,?"察对比两组患者的止血效果、棉球粘连及脱落情况、术后24h创面渗血情况、老年和幼龄患者咬合舒适度及棉球吸收性等指标。结果观察组拔牙后创面止血速度快，止血成功率、咬合舒适度及棉球吸收性均明显优于对照组；观察组的棉球粘连及脱落、术后24h创面渗血均显著比对照组少，两组患者在止血效果方面存在着明显的统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论自制的新型止血

7、icalpromotion.Keywords：Self-made；Extractionofthewound；Hemostasis；Appliedresearch牙拔除术是口腔颌面外科采用最为广泛的手术，术后出血是其最常见并发症之一，也是门诊口腔科较为常见的急症疾病。术后持续性出血常导致患者出现紧张感和恐惧感，出血过多容易引起失血性体克，严重者甚至威胁生命［1］。在基层陕疗机构，尤其是私人口腔诊所，对拔牙术后创面止血不够重视，加上设备不足及消毒灭菌不够严格，常引起术后愈合不良、创面大量渗血、粘连甚至感染的发生，给患者增加痛苦。因此，选用合适的止血棉球
