1、延伸护理干预在老年髓部骨折骨质疏松二级预防中应用观察（商丘市第一人民医院骨二科河南商丘476100）［摘要］目的:探讨延伸护理干预在老年骯部骨折骨质疏松二级预防屮的应用效果。方法:选取我院2013年9月・2014年9月期间收治的60例老年醜部骨折骨质疏松患者为研究对象，根据治疗时间顺序将其分为观察组和对照组，各30例。对照组患者予以常规随访骨科护理，观察组患者在常规随访的基础上实施延伸护理。比较两组患者出院后1、3、6个月的用药依从性、生活自理能力及二次骨折发生率。结果:观察组患者出院后1、3、6个月的用药依从性与对照组相比均明显较好，两组相比差
2、异显著（PV0.05）；观察组患者出院后1、3、6个月的口常生活自理能力评分与对照组相比均明显较高，两组相比差异显著（P<0.05）；对照组患者的发生率明显高于观察组，两组相比差异显著（PV0.05）。结论:延伸护理干预在老年競部骨折骨质疏松二级预防中效果显著，能有效提高患者的依从性，避免骨折的再次发生。［关键词］老年髓部骨折；骨质疏松；二级预防；延伸护理干预Applicationofextendednursinginterventioninthepreventionofosteoporosisinelderlypatientswithhipfr
