5、oplefromournativecultures,culturebehavesasaframeworkofunderstanding.However,whenweinteractwithpeoplefromdifferentcultures,thisframeworkwillnolongerworkbecauseofcrossculturaldifferences.Therefore,weneedsmoothcrossculturalcommuciation,whichcanbuildupcommonframeworksforpeopleofdifferentcultur
