2、是一门很重要的学科，而作为一个英语学习者，听、说、读、写是其四项基本的能力很重要，尤其是英语阅读能力。但是中学生的阅读能力并不理想，存在许多的问题。本文首先探究了中学生在英语阅读中存在的问题，词汇贫乏，语法基础知识薄弱，缺乏对中西方文化背景的了解以及缺乏阅读技巧等，并分析其原因。最后给出了解决对策，学生要从基础做好，积累词汇量，而老师应选好合适的阅读材料，注重中西文化结合的灌输，提高学生的几项关键的阅读技巧，如如何处理生词，如何利用浏览和跳读来提高阅读的效率等。通过对中学生阅读问题的探讨以及对策的研究，解决中学生在阅读中存在的问题，达到提高中学生的英语阅
