1、反尾夹在床边负压吸引管固定的应用莫秀献陈美伶(广丙科技大学广丙柳州545007)【摘要】在重症病人治疗中，为保持呼吸道通畅，需要反复长期吸痰，负压吸引管及吸痰管的接头的放置位置是临床护理人员迫切需要解决的问题，传统方法是在床头系一支玻璃消毒试管或消毒瓶子里暂时放置，有的瓶子直接放在床底下，或者放于吸引器上；中心负压吸引管连接吸痰管一端的接口处包裹一次性手套，压于床垫下，或者放入用别针固定在床头的布兜里，另置于床头简易布兜,以上方法都出现吸引管随意盘旋或散落于地下。这些方法既不美观、放置不牢固，吸引管易脱出，又易造成工作人员或患者的针刺伤；更重要的是不能有效保证吸痰管接头的清洁
2、,而且不符合保持无菌清洁状态,给患者带来呼吸道感染的危险，有研究报道，确保吸引器管接口的清洁是保证治疗质量，防止医院感染的重要环节。由于吸痰管重心问题固定不牢而倾倒及按预防医院内感染原则，我们针对以上情况，在2010年1月起巧妙的将反尾夹用于吸痰用吸引管在床边固定的应用，解决了吸引管及吸痰管的放置问题，近1年来在临床使用中得到医护人员的一致肯定，应用效果好，现报道如下。【关键词】反尾夾；负压吸引管;固定ThetailclipsuctiontubefixedinbedpressureMoXiuxianChenMeiling(GuangxiUniversityofsciencea
