1、复合式青光眼滤过手术治疗原发性青光眼的临床研究摘要：目的：探讨观察原发性青光眼患者采用复合式青光眼滤过手术治疗的临床疗效。方法：选取我院收治的60例原发性青光眼(78只眼)按照双盲法分为观察组(采用复合式青光眼滤过术治疗)和对照组(采用单独的小梁切除术治疗)，对比观察两组患者眼压、前房情况及视野变化情况。结果：两组患者术后眼压均有所下降，但观察组患者下降幅度更为显著(P<；0.05),且在术后1年的眼压控制情况优于对照组(P<；0.05);观察组患者浅前房发生率为9.1%，其中I度2例，II度2例，对照组浅前房发生率为23.5%，其中I度5例，I

2、I度2例，III度1例，观察组浅前房发生率明显低于对照组(P<；0.05);早期两组患者均未出现视野损害进一步加重的症状，但是经过1年时间随访，观察组患者出现进行性视野损害12只眼(27.3%)明显少于对照组27只眼(79.4%)，差异对比具有统计学意义(P<；0.05)„结论：原发性青光眼患者采用复合式青光眼滤过术治疗的临床效果显著，可有效控制眼压，减少浅前房发生率，提高手术治疗效果，且眼压控制长久、稳定，有利于防止视野进行性损害。关键词：原发性青光眼；复合式青光眼滤过术；临床研究Clinicalstudiescompositeprimaryg
